Return & Refund Policy

Accounting Wizard invoices for a range of essential services including:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounting
  • Tax management
  • Payroll services
  • Technical Support Services

 

We adopt a policy of charging clients only after services have been provided, unless otherwise agreed upon as prepaid. Clients are entitled to cancel their engagement with Accounting Wizard within a notice period of 30 days at any time. It’s important to note that all advances and payments made for services rendered are Non-Refundable.

Should clients find themselves dissatisfied with services purchased through our website, they may request a refund of the paid amount within the initial 30 days from the purchase/subscription date, providing a valid reason. However, the decision to authorize a refund rests solely with the Accounting Wizard.

Specific policies regarding returns and refunds include:

  • QuickBooks Financial software products can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice, or as per the prevailing refund policy outlined by QuickBooks.
  • Returns are not accepted for non-QuickBooks software or professional services, which include pre-paid time, product training, shipping, and insurance charges.
  • In the event of damaged shipments, clients are advised not to discard the packaging and instead contact us upon receipt to initiate a claim.
  • Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
  • Items that are damaged, used, opened, or purchased more than 30 days ago are ineligible for a refund.
